Vilka uppgifter vi samlar in
Vid anmälan samlar vi in ditt förnamn, efternamn, e-postadress och bolagstillhörighet.
Om du skriver något i fritextfältet om vad du vill att vi tar upp sparas också det. Skriv inget där som du inte vill dela med oss, och undvik uppgifter om identifierbara personer eller känsliga förhållanden i din verksamhet.
Betalningen hanteras av vår betaltjänstleverantör. Vi tar inte emot och lagrar inte dina kortuppgifter. Vi får information om att betalningen genomförts, belopp och tidpunkt.
När du deltar i mötet behandlas också uppgifter som ditt visningsnamn och det du eventuellt skriver i möteschatten.
Du är inte skyldig att lämna dina uppgifter, men vi kan inte ta emot din anmälan utan namn, e-postadress och betalning.

Med berättigat intresse menar vi att vi bedömt att vårt intresse av att höra av oss till dig väger tyngre än den begränsade påverkan det har på dig. Du kan alltid invända mot den behandlingen, och då upphör vi.
Inspelningen
Passet spelas in. Inspelningen ingår inte i biljetten och skickas inte ut till deltagarna. Lawgent använder den i sin egen marknadsföring och kommunikation, till exempel på vår webbplats eller i sociala medier.
Talarens presentation och den efterföljande frågestunden omfattas av inspelningen. Ställer du en fråga muntligt kan din röst och ditt namn höras. Det bygger på det samtycke du lämnar vid anmälan, och du kan återkalla det när som helst. Vill du inte förekomma i inspelningen kan du ställa din fråga skriftligt i stället. Din kamera behöver inte vara på.
Vi påbörjar inspelningen först när passet börjar, och vi säger till i början av passet att den pågår.
Vilka som får del av uppgifterna
Inom Lawgent har bara de som arbetar med evenemanget tillgång till uppgifterna.
Utöver det anlitar vi leverantörer som behandlar uppgifter för vår räkning: Stripe Payments Europe Limited för betalningen, Google för mötet och vår e-post, Loopia som webbhotell och Mailjet för utskick.
Våra amerikanska leverantörer, Google och Stripe, är certifierade under EU–US Data Privacy Framework, baserat på EU-kommissionens adekvansbeslut enligt artikel 45 GDPR (beslut 2023/1795). Om ramverket inte skulle vara tillämpligt sker överföringen i stället med stöd av EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler.
Vi säljer inte dina uppgifter vidare.

Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt att begära ett utdrag över vilka uppgifter vi har om dig, att få felaktiga uppgifter rättade och att i vissa fall få uppgifter raderade eller behandlingen begränsad. Du kan invända mot behandling som vi grundar på berättigat intresse, och du kan när som helst återkalla ett samtycke du lämnat. Att återkalla ett samtycke påverkar inte det som redan gjorts.

Who is responsible

What we collect
At registration we collect your first name, last name, email address and the organisation you work for.
If you write anything in the free-text field about what you would like us to cover, that is stored too. Do not write anything there that you would rather not share, and avoid details about identifiable individuals or sensitive matters in your business.
Payment is handled by our payment provider. We neither receive nor store your card details. We are told that the payment went through, the amount and the time.
When you attend the meeting we also process your display name and anything you write in the meeting chat.
You are not obliged to provide your data, but we cannot accept your registration without a name, an email address and payment.

By legitimate interest we mean that we have assessed our interest in getting in touch with you as outweighing the limited impact it has on you. You can object to that processing at any time, and we will stop.
The recording
The session is recorded. The recording is not included in the ticket and is not sent to attendees. Lawgent uses it in its own marketing and communication, for example on our website or on social media.
The speaker’s presentation and the following Q&A are covered by the recording. If you ask a question aloud, your voice and name may be heard. That rests on the consent you give at registration, and you can withdraw it at any time. If you prefer not to appear in the recording, you can ask your question in writing instead. Your camera does not need to be on.
We start recording only when the session begins, and we say at the start that it is running.
Who receives the data
Within Lawgent, only those working on the event have access.
Beyond that we use suppliers who process data on our behalf: Stripe Payments Europe Limited for the payment, Google for the meeting and our email, Loopia for web hosting and Mailjet for mailings.
Our US suppliers, Google and Stripe, are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR (decision 2023/1795). Where the framework does not apply, transfers are instead made under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data on.

Dina rättigheter
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, to have data erased or the processing restricted. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw a consent at any time. Withdrawing a consent does not affect what has already been done.
