What the 30 minutes are for
You fill in the template first. Then we look at it together: whether the consent list in paragraph 3 matches how you actually make decisions, whether the transfer rules hold up if one owner wants out, and whether anything here needs to go into the articles of association to bite on someone outside the agreement. It is a review of your document, not general legal advice — but if something needs more than thirty minutes, you will hear that straight away.
