What the 30 minutes are for
You fill in the template first. Then we look at it together: whether the warranties cover what you are actually worried about, whether the liability cap and the claim deadline are set at the right level for this deal, and whether anything in the articles of association could stop the transfer. It is a review of your document, not general legal advice — but if something needs more than thirty minutes, you will hear that straight away.
