What the 30 minutes are for
You fill in the template first. Then we look at it together: whether what you have marked as confidential actually covers what you need to protect, whether the confidentiality period fits the deal, and whether a mutual agreement is the right shape at all. It is a review of your document, not general legal advice — but if something needs more than thirty minutes, you will hear that straight away.
