What the 30 minutes are for
You fill in the template first. Then we look at it together: whether the call-off procedure actually makes an order binding, whether the price and volume terms say what you think they say, and whether the liability cap is set at the right level for a contract that may run for years. It is a review of your document, not general legal advice — but if something needs more than thirty minutes, you will hear that straight away.
How it works
- Buy — pay by card. No account needed.
- Download — all four files appear on the confirmation page and in your receipt email.
- Fill it in — open the Word file, complete the fields, mark the points that apply and delete the rest.
- Book your 30 minutes — the booking link is in the same email. Pick a time that suits you.

The template is a template only. The 30-minute meeting is a review of the document you have prepared and does not create an ongoing client relationship. If your situation needs more than a template, we will tell you what that would involve.
