What the 30 minutes are for
You fill in the template first. Then we look at it together: whether the board was quorate and the decision correctly taken, whether anyone should have declared a conflict of interest, and whether the resolution needs to go to Bolagsverket. It is a review of your document, not general legal advice — but if something needs more than thirty minutes, you will hear that straight away.
How it works
- Buy — pay by card. No account needed.
- Download — all four files appear on the confirmation page and in your receipt email.
- Fill it in — open the Word file, complete the fields, mark the points that apply and delete the rest.
- Book your 30 minutes — the booking link is in the same email. Pick a time that suits you.
