1. Arrangör och villkorens omfattning
Evenemanget Lunch and learn with Douwe Korff arrangeras av Lawgent AB, org.nr 559426-9507, Stampgatan 14, 411 01 Göteborg. Kontakt sker till olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se.
Dessa villkor gäller vid köp av biljett till evenemanget. Genom att slutföra köpet godkänner köparen villkoren. För beställningar via lawgent.se i övrigt gäller våra allmänna köpvillkor. Vid motstridighet gäller dessa villkor i fråga om evenemanget.
Biljetter säljs endast till näringsidkare. Genom köpet bekräftar köparen att köpet sker i näringsverksamhet och inte som konsument.
Evenemanget hålls digitalt fredagen den 23 oktober 2026 klockan 12:00 till 12:40 svensk tid.
2. Vad biljetten omfattar
En biljett ger en person rätt att delta i det digitala passet. Biljetten gäller för en deltagare. Delning av möteslänken med personer som inte har biljett är inte tillåten.
I biljetten ingår också den rapport som Douwe Korff har skrivit inför evenemanget. Rapporten skickas som pdf till den e-postadress som angetts vid köpet.
Antalet platser är begränsat. Biljetter säljs så länge de finns tillgängliga.
3. Pris och betalning
Biljetten kostar 49 euro till och med den 13 oktober 2026. Därefter kostar biljetten 69 euro. Priset anges exklusive moms.
Det pris som gäller är det som visas vid köptillfället. En biljett som köpts till det lägre priset påverkas inte av prishöjningen.
Betalning sker med kort i samband med anmälan. Bolag som önskar faktura kan begära det genom att kontakta olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se före köpet. Faktura förfaller till betalning 20 dagar efter fakturadatum, dock senast dagen före evenemanget.
Efter genomfört köp skickas en bekräftelse med kvitto och möteslänk till angiven e-postadress.
4. Överlåtelse till en kollega
En biljett får överlåtas till en kollega. Överlåtelsen ska meddelas till olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se senast dagen före evenemanget, med namn och e-postadress till den nya deltagaren.
Möteslänken skickas då till den nya deltagaren. Den ursprungliga köparens länk slutar gälla.
Överlåtelse mot ersättning eller vidareförsäljning av biljetten är inte tillåten.
5. Ändrat datum, inställt evenemang och återbetalning
Vid förhinder. Om deltagaren inte kan närvara sker ingen återbetalning. Biljetten kan i stället överlåtas till en kollega enligt punkt 4. Rapporten skickas även till den som köpt biljett men inte kunnat delta.
Om datumet flyttas. Lawgent AB har rätt att flytta evenemanget till ett annat datum. Deltagaren informeras då via e-post till den adress som angetts vid köpet, och biljetten gäller automatiskt för det nya datumet.
Deltagare som inte kan delta det nya datumet har rätt till full återbetalning. Begäran skickas till olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se inom 14 dagar från det att beskedet om nytt datum skickades. Återbetalning sker till samma betalningssätt som användes vid köpet, inom en månad från begäran.
Om evenemanget ställs in. Ställs evenemanget in utan att ett nytt datum erbjuds återbetalas hela biljettpriset. Ingen särskild begäran behövs.
Byte av talare. Om den angivna talaren får förhinder förbehåller sig Lawgent AB rätten att antingen flytta evenemanget eller ställa in det. I båda fallen gäller vad som står ovan.
Utöver vad som anges här sker ingen återbetalning.
6. Genomförande och teknik
Evenemanget hålls via Google Meet. Deltagaren ansvarar själv för egen utrustning och internetuppkoppling. Tekniska problem hos deltagaren ger inte rätt till återbetalning.
Om ett tekniskt fel hos Lawgent AB gör att evenemanget inte kan genomföras alls tillämpas punkt 5. Om ett fel av mindre omfattning påverkar delar av passet sker ingen återbetalning.
7. Material och rättigheter
Rapporten är författad av Douwe Korff och ges ut av Lawgent AB.
Rapporten får användas av deltagaren i den egna verksamheten, inklusive internt vidarespridning till kollegor. Den får inte säljas vidare, publiceras öppet eller användas kommersiellt av någon annan än Lawgent AB utan skriftligt medgivande.
Förhållandet till den öppna licensen. Begränsningen ovan gäller den version deltagaren får i samband med evenemanget, och gäller fram till dess att rapporten publiceras öppet. Rapporten kommer att publiceras under en Creative Commons-licens först efter att den blivit tillgänglig på EDPB:s webbplats, vilket förväntas ske under november 2026. Från den tidpunkten är det Creative Commons-licensens villkor som styr hur den publicerade versionen får användas, och begränsningen i föregående stycke upphör att gälla för den versionen.
Inspelningen av passet ingår inte i biljetten och lämnas inte ut till deltagarna. Den används av Lawgent AB i egen kommunikation och marknadsföring.
Innehållet i rapporten och i passet är av allmän karaktär och utgör inte juridisk rådgivning i ett enskilt ärende.
8. Personuppgifter
Lawgent AB är personuppgiftsansvarig för de uppgifter som lämnas vid köpet. Uppgifterna används för att administrera anmälan, genomföra evenemanget och skicka ut rapporten.
Passet spelas in. Presentationen och den efterföljande frågestunden omfattas av inspelningen. Deltagare som ställer frågor muntligt kan därmed höras i inspelningen. Den som inte vill förekomma i inspelningen kan ställa sin fråga skriftligt.
Samtycke till inspelningen lämnas separat vid anmälan, genom en egen kryssruta. Samtycket är frivilligt och kan återkallas. Den som inte lämnar samtycke kan delta utan att ställa frågor muntligt.
Hur uppgifterna behandlas och hur länge de sparas beskrivs i integritetsinformationen för evenemanget och i vår integritetspolicy.
9. Övrigt
Lawgent AB förbehåller sig rätten att göra mindre ändringar i programmets innehåll och upplägg.
Svensk lag tillämpas på dessa villkor. Tvist prövas av svensk allmän domstol.
Terms of Purchase — Lunch and learn with Douwe Korff
Applicable to tickets purchased on or after 29 September 2026. This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Swedish version above prevails.
1. Organiser and scope
The event Lunch and learn with Douwe Korff is organised by Lawgent AB, company registration number 559426-9507, Stampgatan 14, SE-411 01 Gothenburg, Sweden. Contact: olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se.
These terms apply to the purchase of a ticket to the event. By completing the purchase, the buyer accepts them. Our general terms of purchase apply to other orders placed via lawgent.se. In the event of conflict, these terms govern the event.
Tickets are sold to businesses only. By purchasing, the buyer confirms that the purchase is made in the course of business and not as a consumer.
The event is held online on Friday 23 October 2026, 12:00 to 12:40 Swedish time.
2. What the ticket includes
One ticket entitles one person to attend the online session. Sharing the meeting link with anyone who does not hold a ticket is not permitted.
The ticket also includes the report written by Douwe Korff ahead of the event. The report is sent as a PDF to the email address given at purchase.
Places are limited. Tickets are sold while they remain available.
3. Price and payment
The ticket costs EUR 49 up to and including 13 October 2026. After that the ticket costs EUR 69. Prices are stated excluding VAT.
The price that applies is the one shown at the time of purchase. A ticket bought at the lower price is not affected by the increase.
Payment is made by card at the time of registration. Companies wishing to be invoiced may request this by contacting olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se before purchase. Invoices fall due 20 days from the invoice date, and no later than the day before the event.
A confirmation with a receipt and the meeting link is sent to the email address given.
4. Transfer to a colleague
A ticket may be transferred to a colleague. The transfer must be notified to olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se no later than the day before the event, stating the name and email address of the new attendee.
The meeting link is then sent to the new attendee, and the original buyer’s link ceases to be valid.
Transfer for consideration and resale of the ticket are not permitted.
5. Change of date, cancellation and refunds
If you are unable to attend. No refund is given. The ticket may instead be transferred to a colleague under section 4. The report is also sent to ticket holders who were unable to attend.
If the date is moved. Lawgent AB may move the event to another date. Attendees are informed by email to the address given at purchase, and the ticket is automatically valid for the new date.
Attendees unable to attend on the new date are entitled to a full refund. Requests are sent to olivia.karczmarz@lawgent.se within 14 days of the notice of the new date being sent. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase, within one month of the request.
If the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled without a new date being offered, the full ticket price is refunded. No separate request is needed.
Change of speaker. If the named speaker is unable to attend, Lawgent AB reserves the right either to move the event or to cancel it. In both cases the above applies.
No refunds are given beyond what is stated here.
6. Delivery and technology
The event is held via Google Meet. Attendees are responsible for their own equipment and internet connection. Technical problems at the attendee’s end do not give a right to a refund.
If a technical fault on Lawgent AB’s side means the event cannot be held at all, section 5 applies. A minor fault affecting part of the session does not give a right to a refund.
7. Materials and rights
The report is written by Douwe Korff and published by Lawgent AB.
Attendees may use the report within their own organisation, including sharing it internally with colleagues. It may not be resold, published openly or used commercially by anyone other than Lawgent AB without written consent.
Relationship to the open licence. The restriction above applies to the version attendees receive in connection with the event, and applies until the report is published openly. The report will be released under a Creative Commons licence only after it becomes available on the EDPB website, which is expected during November 2026. From that point the Creative Commons licence terms govern use of the published version, and the restriction in the preceding paragraph ceases to apply to that version.
The recording of the session is not included in the ticket and is not made available to attendees. Lawgent AB uses it in its own communication and marketing.
The report and the session are general in nature and do not constitute legal advice in an individual matter.
8. Personal data
Lawgent AB is the controller of the data provided at purchase. It is used to administer the registration, run the event and send out the report.
The session is recorded. The presentation and the following Q&A are covered by the recording, so attendees asking questions aloud may be heard in it. Anyone who prefers not to appear in the recording can ask their question in writing.
Consent to the recording is given separately at registration, through its own checkbox. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn. Those who do not consent can attend without asking questions aloud.
How the data is processed and how long it is kept is described in the privacy information for the event and in our privacy policy.
9. Other
Lawgent AB reserves the right to make minor changes to the content and format of the programme.
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts.
